I recently wrote about this topic as well. Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. Being employed doesn't mean you're not living your purpose. I feel these 'coaches' shame people into entrepreneuship, and when their student fail at that, the coach blames them for their shortcomings.

Not everyone is meant to be a gold medal winning athlete, or a parent, or a police officer, doctor, etc... and not everyone is meant to be a full-time entrepreneur.
